glass champagne easy check-in effective air conditioning dead bug kettle issue stained glasses
The hotel offered a Glass of champagne Upon arrival. The check-in process was quick and easy. I really appreciated that. My room had VERY nice beds. The air conditioning was effective.
The room i was assigned had some serious cleanliness issues. I found a dead bug in the kettle while pouring boiled water. That was quite alarming. The glasses provided for breakfast had visible stains, and this really bothered me.

clean room helpful staff dated bathrooms poor ventilation
The room was super clean and cozy! Customer service was prompt. Staff was helpful, responding quickly to our needs
The bathrooms seemed a bit dated. I think we expected something more modern. There was no ventilation in the toilet and also no toilet brush. We ordered one.
