great central lodging
spacious balcony king bed
the room included a spacious balcony and comfortable king bed. luggage storage was available before check-in which was helpful. i appreciated the hotel's location near many shops and restaurants. public transport was easily accessible for reaching tourist locations.
i found the air conditioning to be centrally controlled without the ability to adjust it personally. this made the room temperature less comfortable at times.

The hotel offered a Glass of champagne Upon arrival. The check-in process was quick and easy. I really appreciated that. My room had VERY nice beds. The air conditioning was effective.
The room i was assigned had some serious cleanliness issues. I found a dead bug in the kettle while pouring boiled water. That was quite alarming. The glasses provided for breakfast had visible stains, and this really bothered me.

The room was very comfy and tidy! Customer service was prompt. Staff was helpful, responding quickly to our needs
The bathrooms seemed a bit dated. I think we expected something more modern. There was no ventilation in the toilet and also no toilet brush. We ordered one.
